Visual Concepts has been working alongside the Villas on the Greens’ design and construction team to develop solutions that are pre-engineered and tested to work. Through deep collaboration with the building’s networking/WiFi provider, we have incorporated technology designs that align with the Villas on the Greens’ progressive stance for convenient technology while meeting HOA approval. We have significant experience working in luxury condominium projects throughout the region.

The Process

Review the available packages and submit your information and pre-order request. Our team will contact you to answer any questions and confirm your needs, then provide a proposal confirming your choices, the price and payment terms. Everything can be done electronically, or if you prefer we will meet with you in person at our technology showroom. Your home installation will be sequenced in accordance with your move-in schedule, so everything is ready to go when you arrive!
